Divi,

I originally clipped this recipe from a local magazine here in Australia. I always make it with homemade Teriyaki sauce, which was generously given by Cathy/NYC here on TKL. It's extremely easy and tasty. It only has 5 ingredients (if you don't count the process of making Cathy's Teriyaki sauce. But even that is also very simple!) I hope you like this dish.

Fish with Teriyaki Chili Sauce
serve 4

1 T. peanut oil (I also use olive oil sometims as a friend of mine can't have peanut. It is also good. I think any cooking oil is fine.)
4 fish cutlets (I normally use salmon cutlets/tuna fillet for this dish.)
1/3 cup (or less) Teriyaki marinade (best use Cathy’s recipe!)
1 T. sweet chili sauce (or chili sauce if you prefer it hot! This should be readily available in the supermarkets.)
4 green onions (green shallots) sliced thinly

Heat oil in large non-stick pan, cook fish until browned on both sides and just cooked through. Remove fish from pan; keep warm. Add marinade and sauce to pan, cook, stirring, until hot. Serve fish with sauce, topped with green onions.

**Serve with steamed bok choy and steamed rice or noodles, if
