Title: PRAWNS PROVENCALE Categories: Low fat, Seafood, Main dish Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 Onion, finely chopped 1 t Oil 1/2 t RF margarine 1 Clove garlic, crushed 14 oz Canned chopped tomatoes 1/2 c Dry white wine 1 Bouquet garni 4 t Tomato sauce 1/4 t Sugar Freshly ground black pepper 1 lb Peeled large prawns(shrimp) 2 t Cornstarch Cooked rice Chopped fresh parsley Cook onion in a nonstick pan in oil & margarine till soft. Add garlic & cook 1min. Add tomatoes & mix well. Cover & cook 3mins. Add wine, bouquet garni, sauce, sugar & pepper. Cover & simmer 10mins. Add prawns & heat through. Discard bouquet garni. Mix cornstarch with a little water; stir into pan with parsley & simmer 1min. Serve over hot rice. MMMMM
