Yes, please provide us with the plum pudding recipes, also. I am planning on
making year 2000's Christmas in a Dickens' theme: roast goose, plum pudding, etc. Do you or anyone "out there" have authentic or adaptable recipes from around that time? I thought I should get started early planning and finding sources.
