Seppo I've loved your recipes and I may have one you'll like. My children loved the new "crab stuff"
VEGETARIAN CRAB CAKES
2 cups TVP (textured vegetable protein) 1 1/2 cups water soak the above, then add: 1 cup whole oats, uncooked 2 egg whites 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning 1 tsp. salt freshly cracked pepper
Mix it all together and add: whole wheat flour (add until you can roll it into balls or form into patties, you may need to add as much as a cup)
From here on in you can really add whatever seasonings you want (for example, if going Mexican you can add chili powder and serve it with some black beans).
Shape into patties, saute in olive oil and voila' thanks for your inspiration...
