MICROWAVE PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE
1/2 c. butter or oleo 1/2 c. brown sugar 6 split cherries 1 c. pineapple rings, drained (save juice) 1 box yellow Jiffy cake mix
Melt butter or oleo in 9-inch round pan. Stir in brown sugar. Place pineapple rings on bottom of pan and the cherries. Mix 1 yellow Jiffy cake mix according to directions, using liquid from pineapple for water less 1 tablespoon. Pour batter over pineapple rings. Microwave 7 minutes at 50% and 4 minutes on High.
