I've been looking for a week for the recipe for this, I think my daughter gave it a new home!!. So I though, what the heck, we are all cooks, and this is not rocket science, so here goes:
P.s. just trust me one this, don't let the mayo scare you off!!
1 loaf Italian split in half
Mix together: 8oz. shredded chedder cheese 1 cup mayo 1 tbsp. chopped garlic in oil 4 green onions chopped (with some of the greens) dash or so of salt and pepper Spead on each half of bread, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 2 hours unwrap and place on cookie sheet, place in a 350 degree oven till bubbly but NOT brown. Cool slightly and cut and serve.
To half this, just half all ingerdients. You can also freeze this, do not thaw, just place in 425 degree oven on cookie sheet.
