Here is recipe you have to try!!! It is wonderful!!!!
4 pkg-8oz cream cheese
2 cups sugar
1/8tsp salt
1/2tsp lemon extract
Blend well with mixer
4 Eggs- Add 1 egg at a time and beat well.
coat springform pan with 1 tbsp melted butter

Mix together 1/2cup of crushed graham crackers with 1TBSP of sugar
put in bottom of springform then pour cream cheese mixture in. Bake at 350 for
55 minutes.
When cool...Top with a mixture of 1 cup sour cream and 2 TBSP sugar

This recipe has to be one of the best homemade cheesecakes I have ever tasted
or made. It's really thick and rich!!! Hope it works for you!
