Fat Free Banana Bread

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup egg substitute
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir flour, sugar, and soda together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix
together applesauce, vanilla, and mashed bananas. Make a well in the dry
ingredients. Pour in banana mixture and blend until thoroughly mixed. Batter
does not have to be completely smooth. Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with cooking
spray. Bake 1 hour or until done. Remove loaf from pan while still warm. Cut
into 20 slices, 1 slice per serving.
