David:

Have you any stories and recipes for Thanksgiving? I haven't seen any yet, but I am most interested in all of your stuff. The stories take me back to time I spent growing up in the country and time I spent with my "Mom-Mom" who was one of the most special ladies I can imagine. She died about 10 years ago, at the ripe old age of 1 month short of 101! I have never done this, but I would be most willing to share a recipe of hers with you -- one for authentic german "stollen". Her's is a rich yeast dough with dried fruits, raisens and almonds. I would be honored if you were interested. Please keep up the wonderful work you do. If you have written a cookbook, I would love to buy a several copies -- for those I hold dear and who join me in the quest for the perfect recipe for sharing with friends. ChezLou
