Kelly, I do not have the recipe, but I think what you are looking
for is called Cherries or Berries in a Cloud. I am pretty sure
about the Cloud part. A number of years ago, this was one of those
recipes that was a full page advertisement from a food company
in mags like Woman's Day, Family Circle, etc. I want to say
Philadelphia Cream Cheese was involved but I am not certain.

You might try a search with Cloud as a last resort, but I am
certain that someone here will come to your assistance. I will
look thru my resources too.
