I am looking for a rum cake recipe. In the 50's there was bakery back east "Cushmans" that made a great light rum cake. Cushmans had bakeries in New Jersey & New York.. Did nayone ever have their rum cake? or ever have had a recipe for one that is similar? Thank you, Lynn
