Spaghetti Salad With Balsamic Dressing Salad 8 oz uncooked spaghetti,broken into thirds 6 green onions,cut into 1/4 in. pieces 4 roma tomatoes,cut in half lenghwise,sliced 4 oz moxxarella cheese,diced(I have used Monterary Jack or munster) Dressing 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 teas sugar 1/2 teas dried basil leaves 1/4 teas salt
Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. In medium bowl,combine cooked spaghetti and all remaining salad ingredients. In small bowl,combine all dressing ingredients' blend well. Add to salad' toss to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. |
