I have made spinach stuffed mannicotti ahead of time and them baked in later and it turned out very well. The trick & easy part was to NOT cook the noodles first. I'm sure you could probably do lasagna the same way with uncooked noodles. Also, what about your "make-ahead" potatoes with cream cheese and sour cream? I made your recipe this week-end & it was a hit. I had to do almost everything ahead also. I made a double batch of "chicken licken chops" from TKL in the crockpot. I turned it on when I went to bed & let it cook all night. Next day I heated it back up and they were delicious.
