This is one of the first recipes I made after I got married and started trying my hand in the kitchen. It comes off the box of Velveeta cheese. We all enjoy it here....particularly my one year old daughter.
Macaroni and Cheese
1. Cook 2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked as directed on package; drain well. Return to same pan.
2. Add 1 lb (16 oz) Velveeta process cheese spread, cubed, 1/2 cup milk and dash pepper to same pan. Stir on low heat until cheese melts. Serve immediately. 4 to 6 servings
