BOILED SALAD DRESSING

1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Boil until thick, then add 1 beaten egg. Good on cole slaw.
