I made this easy dish and loved the vegetAble combination but did not liuke the meatloaf.I found it to crumble too easily upoin slicing and did not like he flavor or cocsistency.I will however keep a portion of the recipe when roasting the veggies.I loved the added sweet potatoes mixed with the carrots and potatoes.
