1 Box Ritz Crackers
Mint Flavored Dark Chocolate Discs (can be purchased at Bulk Food Store)or Candy Making Store Approx 1 1/2 lbs

Melt Chocolate Discs in Microwave watching very
careful and stirring until melted completely.
Can be melted over hot water.

Dip Ritz Crackers in Chocolate until fully coated.
Lay out on Saran Wrap to dry.

These cookies taste like Girl Scout Cookies only
not as sweet. Your guest will be amazed.
Every time I take them to a party they disappear fast.
