Cherry Icebox Pie 2 (14 fl. oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c. lemon juice 3 eggs 21 oz. can pie cherries 1 prepared crust - vanilla wafer, graham cracker, or prebaked pastry shell
In a large bowl, beat the eggs well. In another bowl, mix together milk and lemon juice, and add to the eggs. Stir in pie cherries. Pour filling into crust. Chill for 2 hrs, and serve. Makes 1 9-in. pie
