Chile-Cheese Squares
10 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup flour 2 tbsp. baking powder 2 cups cottage cheese 2 (8 oz.) cans chile peppers, drained and chopped 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
Combine eggs, butter, flour, and baking powder. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool, cut into squares. Can be served hot or cold.
