hi sherri (if you are still checking the site) or anyone else who could give me an idea!

i am very much interested in this recipe and wonder if i could use unsalted butter instead of shortening? i often wonder about teh difference between the two... the shortening here comes in a plastic bag and rather messy to use so (and the taste???)...
