I'm all for experimenting! Maybe cut out two thin rounds and put together, or a large thin round, put the filling on it and fold over and seal the edges. Bake it and maybe a light glaze drizzled over it all? I'm getting hungry and I just had lunch! Good idea, Lesia, plus it would cut some of the fat if you didn't fry it. Of course, you'd still have the butter and sour cream IN it! Mmmmm....
