I found this at the Uncle Ben's online site..maybe you could try substituting the wild rice for the brown rice.

Grandma Ferguson's Rice Cookies
Preparation Time: 30 minutesUNCLE BEN'SŪ Instant Brown Rice, pre-cooked, cooled 1 cup(s)
butter 1/2 cup(s)
brown sugar 1/2 cup(s)
maple syrup or pancake syrup 1/4 cup(s)
egg(s) 1 medium
salt 1/8 tsp.
milk 2 Tbsp.
baking soda 1/4 tsp.
flour 1 cup(s)
vanilla 1 tsp.
cinnamon 3/8 tsp.
nutmeg 1/4 tsp.
raisins (optional) 1/2 cup(s)
peanuts, chopped (optional) 1/4 cup(s)

Directions:Cream butter, brown sugar, syrup, egg and salt together in a medium-sized mixing bowl until well blended and smooth. In a cup or small bowl, mix together milk and baking soda. Stir into butter mixture until smooth. Mix flour, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg together with butter mixture until well blended. Stir in rice and raisins and drop by teaspoon onto non-stick baking pan.
Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes. Remove from pan immediately and place on a cooling rack for at least 15 minutes. Serves: 24
