I am looking for a recipe my great grandmother used to make. As I child,40 odd years ago, I can remember her making this. All I know is she grated sweet potatoes & it also had coconut in it.
It's not the usual pudding consistency since the potatoes are grated. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
