Hi Shari,
This is the recipe I have...it is not baked and contains eggs so must be refrigerated, I only make it when I know I am going to have a crowd to eat the whole thing!!!

Banana Split Cake
3 sticks of margerine..I use Parkay
2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
Egg substitute to equal 2 eggs (like Egg Beaters)
1 box confectioners sugar
5 or 6 bananas, cut thinly lengthwise
1 large can pineapple, well drained
1 large container of cool whip
1 cup chopped pecans
1 10 oz bottle maraschino cherries

Mix 1 stick melted margarine with graham cracker crumbs. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with crumbs. Beat eggs, sugar and add , 2 sticks margarine and beat until thick and fluffy. Spread over crumb mixture. Slice bananas thinly and lay over mixture. Spread drained Pineapple on bananas. Spread Cool Whip on Pineapple, sprinkle with chopped nuts and arrange cherries on top. Chill several hours before serving.

If you want to go one step more, pour chocolate syrup over each serving!!! Yummy!! It does taste like a banana split.

It is a popular treat here in NC....Marge
