BAKED FARMER CHEESE
great on matza

8 oz. farmer cheese
2 eggs
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix in the farmer cheese. Pour into small loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
