Thanks so much for the vinegar information and oxymel/sekanjabin recipes, brne aust.

I'm passing these along to my mother, who was looking for the "vinegar fizz," but I'm looking forward to trying the oxymel myself. (I use apple cider vinegar a lot anyway; this sounds good.)
