Tomatsmor (Tomato Butter) Yield: 1 Cup
16 tb butter, unsalted 4 tb tomato paste 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar, granulated
Cream butter in electric mixer. When light and fluffy, beat in tomato paste, salt and sugar. Transfer to serving bowl, chill until ready to serve. Serve cold, with hot grilled or fried fish. |
