2 cups chopped dark 50-70% chocolate - melt in double boiler. Set temperature between 85-95F.
After refrigerating and rolling balls, hand dip into this chocolate, place back on pan and refrigerate. The dark chocolate forms a hardened outer layer and adds to the oevrall taste.
