Hi!
My mother-in-law's mom used to make an Orange Coconut Cake that was taken from an old, small, paperback Spry Shortening cookbook.
The recipe included orange juice, orange rind, and coconut.... in the frosting.
Any ideas? Thanks! Karen McGuire
