This recipe called for chicken parts cooked in a dutch oven with: Chicken Broth, White Wine, and Soy Sauce. It came from an old Yankee (Magazine)cook book in the early 1990's, so maybe it was published in the 1980's. It was a cookbook made up of recipies originally in the mag.
