Sloppy Joe Pizza

1 c. flour
1 c. Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1/3 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl combine flour and potato flakes; cut in margarine. Stir in milk with a fork. Dough will be stiff. With floured fingers, press dough into ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or 9 x 12-inch rectangle on large cookie sheet, forming rim along edge. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until crust begins to brown. Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Blend in remaining ingredients, except Cheddar cheese. Spread mixture evenly onto baked crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
