I made the mock cheesecake because it looked like the ingredients that I remember..
The taste is there but I know the cake was really light.. and when I made it, it was on the heavy side.. Did I do something wrong??

Maybe I didn't beat eggs well enough? Should I beat them to a pale yellow? Or just well beat? Have you ever tried this recipe?
