I just love pierogies, thanks for sharing a family recipe. I see you're from Angola, I live in Alden. This recipe makes me think of the Broadway market, I can't wait to get in there and get a Mazurek (sp?). I have searched high and low but the recipe for it I always find does not resemble the dessert I get at the Broadway Market! Welcome to the boards.
