Thank you for sharing this recipe! I have ones similar to it, but it is so much nicer to have one that is tried and true.

My aunt used to tell me about duck blood soup, her grandmother used to tell the kids it was chocolate soup, so that they would eat it! I have not tried it myself, but it is on many menus around here.
