I'm looking for a particular recipe for coca-cola cake. I first came across it in Dave Letterman's Mom's cookbook. I remember it called for marshmallows and I THINK it may have had chocolate/cocoa in the batter as well. The icing had pecans and possible dessicated coconut too. I don't remember much as I misplaced the cookbook before ever trying out the recipe. There are so many recipes of coca-cola cake posted, I don't know if any of them are what I'm looking for. Thanks to the kind soul who can help me out!
