HI, THIS IS A RECIPE SHARED WITH ME BY A GOOD FRIEND. SOUNDS STRANGE, BUT IT WILL MAKE YOU WANT TO PIG OUT!
PIG-LICKIN' CORNBREAD
1. USING A BLACK IRON SKILLET, COVER THE INSIDE RIM AND BOTTOM WITH RAW BACON STRIPS.
2. MAKE UP YOUR FAVORITE CORNBREAD RECIPE (COUNTRY, YANKEE, MEXICAN, ETC.).
3. POUR BATTER INTO SKILLET ON TOP OF RAW BACON AND BAKE IN OVEN (400 DEGREES) 35-40 MINUTES.
4. INVERT ONTO PLATE, CUT, AND ENJOY! GREAT WITH SOUP OR VEGETABLE SUPPERS.
