I don't know exactly what you mean by layers? you mean the crust and all?
Bisquick has impossible pie recipes galore that seperate and have a cust -- I don't know it there is a pumpkin one but I bet there is --
I'll peek around -- if this is not what you mean can you specify what kind of layers you would have in a pumpkin pie?
