Calla Lillies

4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped (add sugar to taste)

Beat eggs until thick. Add sugar; mix well. Add flour and baking powder. Beat 2 minutes.

Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 400 degrees about 5 minutes or until light brown. While hot, roll each into a cone shape (like a lily). Place on towel that has been sprinkled little powdered to absorb moisture so they won't stick or be sticky. Cool.

Fill with whipped cream. For stamen of Lily cut a small piece of fresh orange rind about 1 inch long and place on cream.
