Sarah - Do you by any chance live in South Carolina. My husbands "Maw-Maw" made lemon bisque and she never wrote the recipe down, much to the disappointment of the entire Smith clan. We have tried since her passing to duplicate the dessert, but it always seemed a little off. I tried yours and it is identical. I am the new hero. Thank you so much for helping bring back a taste from our past.

Thanks Again,
Kimberley Smith
