PLEASE NOTE: It is actually best to leave the cake in the pan, cool for 15 mins., poke some holes with a toothpick in cake, THEN pour the glaze over the cake in the pan (TIP: use Baker's Joy to grease pan and that will help also)... Leave in pan until soaked in and then invert onto plate. You'll find it absorbs better that way.
