I am hoping to find a recipe for a chocolate sucker that I loved many years ago...It was chocolate taffy with a chocolate coating... I loved them so well, I would buy them 5 at a time..I have learned that they have been discontinued, but I would love to find the recipe to make them myself...Any help would be so appreciated...These Lollipop/sucker were called BLACK COW...
