My mother left me a Purity Flour Cookbook, which my Grandmother had prior. In it, on page 58 is a hermit cookie recipe which is the BEST hermit cookie recipe I have ever tried.

If anyone out there has the cookbook, on page 57 is also the best brown sugar cookies, as well as the all time best choco chip recipe, please would you be so kind as the post the hermit recipe?

I shall be pleased to share the other recipes online with anyone else that might enjoy these cookies......they are YUM!
