Brisket in Beer

This is a very simple dish to make!, and is delicious! I promise you!

NEED:
3 to 4 lb. Brisket
1 Medium Onion Sliced
1 Cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 Clove Garlic Minced
1 (12oz.) Bottle Beer (I strongly suggest in a bottle, and personly I dont drink beer, but have found that Bud regular in a bottle tastes best in this case.)
2 TBSP. Flour
1/2 cup Water

Just add all into a baking pan.
Cover Tightly with Foil.
Bake at 350 deg. for 3 1/2 hours.
Remove Foil, and Brwon for 20-30 more mins.
Begin 4 1/2 hours before serving.
