Chocolate Fluff Frosting for Angel Food, Sponge, and Chiffon Cakes

2 cups whipping cream
1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt

Mix together in a chilled bowl, beat until stiff.
