I'm looking for this fruitcake recipe. It originally appeared in Gourmet (?) at least 15 years ago. It makes a dense, dark fruitcake that is really terrific. The recipe contained no cherries and stipulated that the cakes be wrapped in cheesecloth and basted with brandy every few days. I lost my copy of the recipe during one of my recipe purges. Thanks!
