Impossible Pumpkin Pie

1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup BISQUICK LIKE
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon margarine -- butter or spread, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie plate.

Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 5 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
