Potato Dumplins Mississippi Style
Peel, chop and boil medium size red potato in about 2 cups water.
When potato is tender, drop biscuit dough, enough for about two medium size biscuits, (canned, frozen, or homemade dough) in small pieces into boiling water. Do not stir.
Turn stove burner off. Leave pot on stove burner, Cover and let set until ready to serve. May add salt and pepper if desired.
