PIZZA MEATLOAF 2 lbs. ground beef 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 14 oz. can pizza sauce 1 cup Italian bread crumbs 2 eggs
Reserve 1/3 cup pizza sauce and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients and shape into loaf.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then top with remaining pizza sauce.
Return to oven and bake 1/2 hour longer, sprinkling with Mozzarella during last 10 minutes of baking.
