Here is one more truly great egg salad; not only great for sandwiches but also with crackers as a party spread. Inexpensive and no one every figures out its really egg salad (I mix it in the food processor).

BACON AND CREAM CHEESE EGG SALAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 to 3 drops hot sauce
salt to taste

Thoroughly mix all ingredients and spead on bread or crackers.

Makes 2 cups
