Good afternoon my learned friend. I swear, your recipes remind me when I was a boy living in Brooklyn, N.Y. I used to now & then eat these things. They were called "KNISHES". Are you familiar with this cooked potato dish???. I never knew how to make them, but know you have given me an idea. I may begin experimenting to see If I can make a Knish of all this recipes.
